“Healing begins when we
listen to the quiet intelligence
within the body.”

Welcome to One Flow Wellbeing —
a space for you to slow down, rest, and come home to yourself.

Nestled in the peaceful Byron Bay hinterland, in Myocum, One Flow offers a gentle way to release stress, ease pain, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm through the Spinal Flow Technique.

Life asks a lot of us, and it’s easy for the body to quietly accumulate tension. Spinal Flow offers a way to soften what’s been held, so you can return to a sense of ease.

Each session is an invitation for your body to remember what it already knows: its innate rhythm of healing and renewal. Through light touch on specific points along the spine, Spinal Flow supports the nervous system and activates the wisdom that guides every heartbeat, breath, and cell. Many clients describe feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded — as though something within them has gently shifted.

Whether you’re experiencing physical discomfort, emotional stress, fatigue, or simply wish to feel more balanced, this space meets you where you are and supports your unique journey back to flow.

I’m Kelsey, a Spinal Flow practitioner with a background in nursing. I’ve learned that healing begins when the body feels safe, honoured, and supported. My role isn’t to fix, but to help your nervous system reconnect with its own capacity to heal from within.

You’re invited to unwind, release, and rediscover the peace that’s been within you all along.

About me

Hello, I’m Kelsey, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to caring for others — to helping people feel safe, supported, and understood. My background in nursing gave me a deep respect for the body and its resilience, yet I always sensed there was something more — something beneath the surface of structure and science.

My own personal journey has shown me the power of listening to that wisdom. Like many people, I’ve experienced seasons of stress, depletion, and disconnection. Spinal Flow became a gentle pathway back to myself — a reminder that healing doesn’t need to be pushed or forced. It unfolds naturally when we feel safe, supported, and at ease.

As a practitioner, my role is to hold that kind of space for you. A space where your nervous system can unwind, your body can release what it’s been carrying, and your natural balance can return. Each session is guided by your body’s cues, allowing its innate healing intelligence to lead the process.

I live and practice in Myocum, in the Byron Bay hinterland — a place that naturally invites calm and presence. Here, I welcome clients from across the Northern Rivers to reconnect with their bodies, their energy, and their own inner wisdom.

About Spinal Flow

The Spinal Flow Technique is a gentle, hands-on approach that helps the body release stored tension, stress, and emotion. At its core, Spinal Flow reconnects you with your body’s innate intelligence — the quiet wisdom that naturally guides healing from within.

Throughout life, we encounter physical, emotional, and chemical stresses. When these stresses can’t be processed in the moment, the body wisely stores them to protect you from becoming overwhelmed. Over time, this stored stress can create areas of resistance along the spine, known as blockages. In Spinal Flow, we recognise seven key Gateways where these blockages occur and where they can influence the body’s natural rhythm and communication.

Spinal Flow applies light touch to access points — areas of ease and energy richness — on the spine and head. These contacts activate the spinal wave, a wave-like motion that moves through the spine and central nervous system. As the wave re-emerges, the body naturally transitions from a state of protection into one of safety, regulation, and healing.

What to Expect in a Session

Your first session begins with a relaxed chat about what brings you here and how Spinal Flow may support you. I’ll then do a brief assessment of your spine and posture to identify any areas of resistance (blockages), followed by a healing session with you lying face down on the massage table, fully clothed. Touch is applied gently to the back of the body — allowing your body to soften and release what it no longer needs. Follow-up sessions are shorter with just a healing session.

Each person’s experience is unique. You may feel deeply relaxed, notice an expansion of breath, sense a subtle or pronounced wave-like movement, or feel emotions gently rise and release as the body unwinds. Whatever unfolds for you is welcome and honoured.

After a session, many people feel lighter, clearer, and more connected within themselves. You may feel energised, or you may feel drawn to rest and integrate. Gentle emotional or physical processing in the days that follow is common and can be supported through rest, walking, or quiet reflection.

A Pathway Back to You

Spinal Flow offers a gradual, natural return to balance. Some people notice changes right away, while others experience steady shifts over several sessions; for most, a series of sessions provides the greatest support for long-lasting changes. Many people also choose to continue sessions regularly to meet the ongoing stressors of life and to support their wellbeing.

At its essence, this work is a reminder of the intelligence within you — the unbroken flow that restores lightness, presence, and vitality.
